Another text from my mom:
"The procedure (Pericardial Drain Placement) went well and they took 1 1/2 qts of fluid. This morning he is drinking his ensure and is waiting to talk to the doctor still -He isn't in any pain and is talking. Prayers work and got him through it."

That is great news! I 1/2 quarts??? WOW. I bet his heart feels much better now. We will pray that they can find the cause and prevent it from occurring again.
